What do I need to start a research project?
Typically, names, dates and location of births and deaths of the ancestors you know.
How long will my project take?
Each project will be quoted individually regarding total hours needed. Due dates of completion will also take into consideration of other projects that we are working on.
What parts of the world do you focus your research on?
We focus on USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. But other countries are possible.
What if my ancestors can’t be found?
This is rare, but if a project cannot be completed, a full refund will be provided
Do you do DNA tests?
No, but we can help you get one. After that, we can help you understand the test results and incorporate them into the overall research project.
Do you sell genealogy-related products or gifts?
At this time, we will not directly sell products other than the genealogy services. But we may add this in the future.
